1.1. The PWSB is seeking bids from specialty firms for brochure design, print and complete
delivery services for approximately 165,000 copies annually of our Lead Information
Brochure (LIB). The PWSB seeks to enter a thirty-six (36) month agreement with the
successful vendor, commencing upon award and ending June 30, 2025, with an option to
extend the agreement for an additional forth year at the accepted bid prices
