In accordance with Sec. 21-54 of the City’s Code of Ordinances, Sole Source Verification, an official notice is hereby given as follows

Vendor Name(s): Ready Rack

Estimated Amount of Procurement: $66,600

General Description of Goods or Services to be acquired:

The Fire Department purchased extractors for each fire station through grant funding. These machines require specific bases and mounting parts to operate in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications:
 

  • 12 Extractor removals
  • 12 Extractor installations
  • Parts replacement
  • 12” bases

Date/Time when Comments are Due to Purchasing: October 4th, 2024 by 2:00 PM (EST).

Where to Submit Comments: All written comments must be in writing and sent directly to the Purchasing Director at: atirado@providenceri.gov
