Description

Prete-Metcalf Field is a 11.6 acre park in the Charles Neighborhood of Providence. The park is situated on a hillside running down to
the West River. The focus of this project is on improving the drainage in the area between Metcalf Little League Field and Prete
Senior League Field. There is an existing catch-basin and grass swale in the low spot between the fields but neither are functioning
properly and the water currently pools and overflows into Metcalf Field.
