In accordance with Sec. 21-54 of the City’s Code of Ordinances, Sole Source Verification, an official notice is hereby given as follows
Vendor Name(s): Air Cleaning Specialists of New England, LLC
Estimated Amount of Procurement: The value of this contract for $33,488.00.
General Description of Goods or Services to be acquired: This contract is intended to provide Preventive Maintenance and Service on the Source Capture Vehicle Exhaust Removal System. The cost per station of this service is $151.00 for an initial vehicle, $128.00 per additional vehicle attached to the Source Capture Vehicle Exhaust Removal System. Total number of vehicles: thirty-one (31), and the frequency of service will be every six (6) months during a year. This contract also includes emergency service calls for mechanical failure of the system and replacement parts not covered by the service agreement discounted at 6%. .
An affected Person may comment on the intent to establish a Contract. Unless otherwise specified in this notice, the policy requires submission of the written comment within seven (7) days after the first date of public notice, shown below.
