TO USE SPECIAL PROCUREMENT

In accordance with Sec. 21-54 of the City’s Code of Ordinances, Sole Source Verification, an
official notice is hereby given as follows Vendor Name(s): ClearlyEnergy
Estimated Amount of Procurement: The value of this contract for $30,664.
General Description of Goods or Services to be acquired: ClearlyEnergy will assist with
administering the City of Providence help desk for their benchmarking program and provide support
to City Building owners.
Tasks including:
• Communicate program requirements with building contacts.
• Respond to Building owner email inquiries within 48 hours, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.,
non-holiday.
• Update property records as necessary (Contact information, square footage, etc.)
• Process requests to add buildings to the covered properties list
• Establish with the city a process for review of exemption requests. Update the building list for
• exemptions of buildings that meet the requisite criteria.
• Do bulk data clean-up of bad email addresses.
• Meet bi-weekly with the city to provide status updates.
An affected Person may comment on the intent to establish a Contract. Unless otherwise specified in
this notice, the policy requires submission of the written comment within seven (7) days after the
first date of public notice, shown below.
