In accordance with Sec. 21-54 of the City’s Code of Ordinances, Sole Source Verification, an official notice is hereby given as follows
Vendor Name(s): Greenwood Emergency Vehicles, LLC
Estimated Amount of Procurement: The value of this contract for E-One parts and warranty repairs is approximately $80,000.
General Description of Goods or Services to be acquired: This contract is intended to provide parts and warranty repairs services for various E-One fire apparatus that are required to be operationally ready as a first response vehicle. These vehicles are subject to all maintenance, parts, warranty work, and service which is exclusice to this vendor.
An affected Person may comment on the intent to establish a Contract. Unless otherwise specified in this notice, the policy requires submission of the written comment within seven (7) days after the first date of public notice, shown below.
