pvd22-12 - valuation Services for Utility Property

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit the appraisal services of a qualified Vendor to independently identify and arrive at the full and fair cash value of various real and tangible utility property located in the City of Providence. Although the proposed price is a major factor for consideration, the City reserves the right to award a given contract to a Vendor with demonstrated experience appraising utility property and not just based on lowest price. The Vendor may choose to bid on one, two, or all three projects as outlined below. The City reserves the right to award each project separately to multiple Vendors or to award all three projects to one Vendor or to award the projects in any combination it sees fit, based on Vendor price and experience.
