Description

The Town of Smithfield on behalf of the Smithfield School Department is requesting sealed bids/proposals for #2 heating fuel, for School Buildings, this contract will run from July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024. The Town may choose to extend this agreement for an optional second year fot the period of July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025 based on prices submitted during the bidding process, in accordance with all terms and specifications contained herein.
Sealed proposals will be received at the Finance Office by the Purchasing Agent at Smithfield Town Hall, 64 Farnum Pike, Smithfield, RI 02917 until 10AM EST on June 7, 2023 at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud.
