230203R - REVISED RE-BID: (2) two 12,000 gal. Under Ground Storage Tank (UST) Removal

This is a revised RFP (discard previous versions of RFP's) for Smithfield Public Schools (SPS) seeks qualified bids for the closure of two 12,000-gallon capacity No. 2 fuel oil underground storage tanks (UST) located adjacent to the exterior of the Vincent J. Gallagher Middle School (Gallagher) at 10 Indian Run Trial, Smithfield, Rhode Island. Bids will include bull design, moderating, testing, removal, and restoration services. The successful bidding team will be able assemble all the material required to apply and attain all approvals and permits required. The team will also be able to execute the approved plan to remove the tanks, properly dispose of the USTs and properly restore the area from which the USTs were removed to match adjacent existing conditions.
