REQUEST for Proposal:
Town is requesting all RFP submissions include a full and complete product description, compliance with matters addressed in the RFP, along with a separate transaction fee schedule for the end user inclusive of any and all bank processing fees. The compete response for this RFP shall be delivered to the Tiverton Town Clerk, at the address above no later than 2 P.M. on 1/27/2023.
The Town of Tiverton Harbor Commission and Harbor Department are seeking proposals that would provide an electronic online mooring registration system for the various categories of mooring permits issued (Example, resident, non-resident, riparian, commercial). The mooring system shall include all fields associated with mooring application currently (attached) utilized by the Town. The system ideally will generate timely renewal notices that will be self-generated to the end user with applications placed in cue for a town employee to review and approve for the issuance of the annual permit as well as provide new applications to be reviewed and approved by staff online.

Name, Street, City/Town, State, Zip, Phone, email, mailing address if different
Vessel type, length, beam, draft, registration number, state of registration, document number, hull ID number, Type of head on board, head storage capacity, Hull color, Trim color, vessel name

- Is applicant a town Resident
- Is mooring property owner adjacent to water
- Location of parking for mooring user
- is mooring a riparian/commercial/resident/non-resident
- Proposed mooring location GPS Lat GPS Lon
- Proposed mooring depth at low tide
- Is this a new application
- Is this a renewal application
- If renewal, last date mooring was serviced and inspected
- Who inspected the mooring
As to the actual software:
- The provider (entity responding to this RFP) will disclose percentage of time system is accessible
- Provider will issue a URL the Town can use to access the data
