2021-TC-002 - LAND CLEARING & GRUBBING

The Town of Tiverton, Rhode Island is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for the land clearing and grubbing of the proposed recycle center and road to be located in the Tiverton Industrial Park, in accordance with the “Request for Services” and Specifications.

Specifications and Bid Sheets for the “Land Clearing & Grubbing” request may be obtained at the Office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, 343 Highland Rd., Tiverton, RI 02878 between the hours of
8:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Sealed envelopes containing the Bids must be marked “Land Clearing & Grubbing” on the outside and received at the Office of the Town Clerk at or before 2:00 PM on Friday, October 29, 2021 at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read.

The Town of Tiverton reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive minor informalities or
irregularities in any bid, and to make an award in any manner consistent with law and deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Tiverton.
