Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Division no later than 11:00am on Monday, July 10, 2023. The bids will be opened publicly commencing at 11:00am on the same day at 65 Centerville Road, Warwick, RI 02886 in Meeting Room #2.
There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid conference on Monday, June 26, 2023 at 10:00am on site at Arnold's Neck Waterfront Park, located at 201 Hallworth Drive, Warwick, RI 02886.
Requests for information will be due by Friday, June 30, 2023 by 1:30pm, and must be made in writing to William Facente, Housing & Community Development Manager, at william.r.facente@warwickri.gov.
