A. PRODUCT HANDLING:
1. To supply all chemicals, corrosion inhibitor, microbiological control and reagents to the Arena loading docks, F.O.B. delivery. Containers are not to exceed 30-gallon capacity to facilitate ease of handling.
B. CORROSION INHIBITOR:
1. Product must be sodium molybdate based formulation with full corrosion protection for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The formulation shall not contain chromates of any form.
C. MICROBIOLOGICAL INHIBITOR
1. Product must protect the system from biological fouling, sliming and algae. Water treatment shall be of (2) distinct biocides used alternately to protect against immunity.
D. REAGENTS
1. All reagents are to be supplied as part of the bid package to facilitate system testing.
E. CONTROLLER AND FEED PUMPS:
1. Controller – must be a (Hydac Tower-Matic – E) or EQUAL, and equipped with solenoid valve, Y – strainer, flow regulator, and drop in probe.
2. Feed pumps - are to be set up in such a manner as to be automatic feed and bleed. Bleed system is to be an electrically controlled bleed valve with a strainer and flow regulator. The system shall be capable of an operating pressure of 15 to 100 psi.
3. Controller and pumps are to be supplies on lease basis as part of the overall contract and not as a purchase.
