The Warwick Fire Department is seeking bids for service testing of the department’s 1.75”, 2”, 2.5”, and 5” fire attached and supply hose in accordance with the following specifications.
All prices will remain in effect (2) years from date of award with the option of an additional term if agreed upon by the vendor and the City of Warwick.
All vendor transportation expenses will be the responsibility of the vendor and will not be incurred by the City of Warwick. Additional expenses will not be allowed (mileage, fuel charges, etc.). All fees must be included on the bid pricing sheet.
Service testing will be conducted at a mutually agreed time and at location(s) as specified within the City of Warwick RI. Department will make efforts to accommodate vendor’s need to cover as much testing as possible in the area at once, but apparatus may not all be available on the same day.
Vendor shall furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary in order to complete service testing in the predetermined time period.
All unusable materials and debris shall be removed from the testing site at the end of each workday and disposed of in an appropriate manner. Upon final completion of the project, the vendor shall thoroughly clean up all areas where work has been involved.
