Description

The City of Warwick is soliciting bids for Term Life Insurance for municipal employees, sworn police officers and sworn firefighters. This request for proposals excludes employees of the Warwick Public School Department.
1. Classes of employees covered: all full-time municipal employees eligible for employee benefits; sworn police officers of the Warwick Police Department; sworn firefighters of the Warwick Fire Department, and firefighter retirees with the option of continuing coverage by paying the full premium.
2. This proposal is for a three (3) year contract; or five (5) year contract, commencing November 1, 2022.
