The City of Warwick, Rhode Island will accept sealed bids for “Bid2025-130 Padula Square Improvements” at the City of Warwick Purchasing Department located at Warwick City Hall Annex, 65 Centerville Road, 1 st Floor Suite D, Warwick, RI 02886 until no later than 11:00 AM on Thursday, August 22, 2024.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, August 15, 2024 at 10:00 AM on-site at Padula Square located at the intersection of Pontiac Street & West Pontiac Street, Warwick, Rhode Island. Participants will be asked to sign in and provide an email address as a project contact.

Requests for Information will be due by Monday, August 19, 2024 by 3:00 PM. Requests for information or clarification must be made in writing to William Facente, Housing & Community Development Manager, william.r.facente@warwickri.go
