Description

Quarterly fire alarm panel inspections and testing as required by State law. Inspectors must be authorized and licensed fire alarm panel inspectors. Date of service is to be included on invoices.
The contractor must be able to work on the Honeywell XLS-140 intelligent fire alarm control panel, as well as the ability to purchase and replace defective parts; such as a photo electric smoke detector, monitor modules, or control relays for the duration of the contract.
