Electronic file submissions only. Please submit your cost proposal in an Excel or Google spreadsheet file, handwritten documents will not be accepted.

Please see the attached COST PROPOSAL Excel document. Each vendor should enter the unit cost of the item. The formal should calculate the total for you based on the quantity requested. If you offer a discount, please add a note in the "Notes / Lead Time" section. Please leave a note on items that are typically low in stock or have a longer wait time.

There shall be NO SUBSTITUTIONS of items where specified. Vendors must bid on the exact items on all items on the cost proposal. If Vendors wish not to bid on a particular item please submit “0’ as the unit price and total price.
