  A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on February 13, 2024 for a general project overview and tour of the existing facilities at Dunn’s Corner Elementary School, 8 ½ Plateau Road, Westerly, RI 02891 then proceed to Springbrook Elementary School, 39 Springbrook Road, Westerly, RI 02891. Attendance is non-mandatory but encouraged as this will be the bidders’ only opportunity to visit and familiarize themselves with the facility where they will be providing services, so that they may respond accurately to this ITB.
