Description

The City of Woonsocket, Rhode Island is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified architectural and engineering firms/teams to provide design services for a new public safety facility to include police, fire and a 9-1-1 calling center. The scope of work includes but is not limited to:

Kick-off meeting and visits to existing facilities
Review of completed analysis of current and projected staffing levels for police, fire & 9-1-1
Review of the completed space needs study
Interviews with key stakeholders
Design services for the new facilities and at least three site master plan options for the site
Assistance in the selection of a construction delivery method
A set of completed construction documents
Assistance to the City during the bidding phase
Assistance to the City during construction administration
