6116 - Water Distribution System Materials

The service to be provided is the supply of repair, metering, and firefighting equipment.  The following specifications and quantities describe a possible fiscal year's supply of couplings, hydrants, valves, meters, and other water works materials.  Bidders shall construct a bid based on the specified quantities.  Each successful bidder will become sole supplier of some or all of these items during the 2024 fiscal year.  The water division does not guarantee to purchase the quantity of items specified; the quantities are merely a standard for comparing bids.  The successful bidders shall guarantee all prices quoted in the bid worksheets as well as specified delivery and technical requirements for all orders placed during the City of Woonsocket ‘s 2024 fiscal year (July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024).
