Description

The San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) is soliciting applications for its Housing Acceleration Program (HAP). The (HAP) provides grants and technical assistance to cities and the County of San Diego to accelerate housing production and promote equity and sustainability in housing planning and production. The Cycle 2 HAP Call for Projects (CFP) will fund transformative and innovative planning and capital projects, including supportive infrastructure, that will accelerate housing development in infill areas, facilitate implementation of the 6th Cycle Regional Housing Needs Assessment (RHNA), and advance Sustainable Communities Strategies (SCS).
