SANDAG is issuing this RFI to obtain feedback from Respondents with experience in implementing an Interoperable Binational Tolling System and securing project financing. 

This RFI issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This RFI does not obligate SANDAG to enter into a contract for any goods or services, nor does it authorize the incurrence of any reimbursable costs. SANDAG is under no obligation to respond to any submissions but may, at its sole discretion, contact respondents for clarification or to request additional information. All submissions will become the property of SANDAG and will not be returned. Please be aware that all responses may be subject to public records requests.
