: Demolition: Demolition and disposing of an existing 1,240 square foot kennel building consisting of block walls, concrete slab, block and chin link fencing divider walls, floor trench drains, wood truss roof system with metal roof panels.
New Construction: Office Area: 501 square feet and 376 square foot area split and regular faced reinforced block walls. Interior woof framed walls. Wood roof trusses, underlayment and metal panels to match existing.
Kennel: 3,640 square foot pole building with reinforced concrete slab sloped to trench drains. Exterior metal wall panels on wood stud framing with moisture resistant plywood with fiberglass reinforced panels applied interior.
