Description

Calhoun County is securing proposals from qualified vendors to remove existing shingles, repair any damaged decking (plywood or shiplap), and install new, 30-year, architectural shingles (Weathered Wood) color. The contractor is responsible for removing and repairing any damaged areas. Contractor shall install underlayment, drip edge, applicable flashing, and ridge cap as per the manufacturer’s instructions. Decking repair pricing to be submitted in unit pricing per square foot or linear foot.
