INVITATION TO BID
GRAND STRAND WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY
Sealed bids for the construction and installation of the:
24” FORCEMAIN RELOCATION – CHAMPIONS BOULEVARD (912-07)
and appurtenant items as prepared by Development Resource Group, LLC, will be received by Grand Strand Water and Sewer Authority at its Administrative Office located at 166 Jackson Bluff Rd, Conway, SC 29526 until 2:00 PM, TUESDAY, APRIL 4, 2023.
The project includes installation of approximately 1,900 linear feet of 24” sewer forcemain, dewatering of the existing forcemain, tie-ins, and abandonment of the existing forcemain.
The Contract Documents consist of: Invitation to Bid, Information for Bidders, Special and General Contract Requirements, Non-Collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidder, Statement of License Certificate, Statement of Experience of the Bidder, Project Superintendence, List of Subcontractors, Bid, Schedule of Bid Items, Bid Bond, Notice of Award, Agreement, Contractor/Subcontractor Certification of Compliance with Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, Payment Bond, Performance Bond, Notice to Proceed, Change Order, General Conditions, Specifications, Drawings and Addenda.
