INVITATION TO BID
GRAND STRAND WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY
Sealed bids for the construction and installation of the:
GSWSA PIPELINE CONTRACT 17
and appurtenant items as prepared by Grand Strand Water and Sewer Authority in the Bayboro, Conway, and Dogwood Neck Townships of Horry County, SC will be received by Grand Strand Water and Sewer Authority at its Administrative Center at 166 Jackson Bluff Road, Conway, SC until 11:00 AM, Thursday, November 3, 2022 11:00 AM, Thursday, November 10, 2022 (**Revised by Addendum #1).
The projects included in this contract are:
- Watts Rd Area Sewer (911-80); Bayboro Township; Includes approximately 5210-LF of 10”, 1050-LF of 8”, and 3890-LF of 6” sewer force main & appurtenances.
- Inman Cir Ext 4 Water (654-72); Conway Township; Includes approximately 3780-LF of 6” water main and appurtenances.
- Inman Cir Sewer (911-78); Conway Township; Includes approximately 618-LF of 8”, 2900-LF of 4”, 1650-LF of 3”, and 2120-LF of 2” sewer force main and appurtenances.
- Hardwick Rd Area Water (Dev Ext) (654-68); Dogwood Neck Township; Includes approximately 4730-LF of 8” water main, one GSWSA/City of Conway water meter pit, and appurtenances.
The Contract Documents consist of: Advertisement of Bid, Information for Bidders, Non-Collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidder, Statement of License Certificate, Statement of Experience of the Bidder, Project Superintendence, List of Subcontractors, Bid, Special and General Contract Requirements, Schedule of Bid Items, Bid Bond, Notice of Award, Agreement, Contractor/Subcontractor Certification of Compliance with Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, Payment Bond, Performance Bond, Notice to Proceed, Change Order, General Conditions, Special Provisions, Specifications, Drawings, and Addenda.
