MYRTLE BEACH WWTP INFLUENT FLOW METER DESIGN
Sealed bids for the construction of the MYRTLE BEACH WWTP INFLUENT FLOW METER DESIGN project will be received by GRAND STRAND WATER & SEWER AUTHORITY until 2:00PM, THURSDAY, JUNE 25, 2020.
The project includes construction of Parshall Flume metering structures on one 20” and two 48” influent lines, area-velocity metering structure on one 30” influent line, replacing adjacent pipe, providing electrical and control signal wiring, and performing all other associated work to provide a complete and operational project. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to construct project as shown on the Drawings and specified herein.
Small, minority, and women's businesses and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit bids.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner further reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder whom it finds, after reasonable inquiry and evaluation, to not be responsible. Owner may also reject the Bid of any Bidder if Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of the Project to make an award to that Bidder. Owner also reserves the right to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work and to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder.
