2.  Scope of Services

1. General Pressure Washing Services:
   1. 1. Exterior walls, windows, and facades of buildings
      2. Sidewalks, walkways, and entryways
2. Environmental Compliance:
   1. 1. Adherence to all federal, state, and local environmental regulations
      2. Proper disposal of wastewater and contaminants

1. Provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to perform the services.
2. Ensure all employees are properly trained and certified.
3. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
4. Provide timely and efficient services.
5. Communicate effectively with Horry County Government representatives.
6. Provide an SDS sheet(s) for all chemicals used.
7. Maintain clear access for emergency equipment and personnel at all times.

1. 1. Proof on Insurance and Horry County Business License
   2. Pricing schedule to include hourly rates, equipment costs and other applicable fees.
   3. Three references from similar sized jobs within the last three years.
