Description

The project consists of furnishing and installing, complete, including labor, equipment, parts, materials, and other work incidental for the expansion of the existing landfill gas collection system at the Horry County Solid Waste Authority Landfill. The facility is located on Highway 90 approximately 5 miles northeast of Conway, South Carolina. The project includes the expansion of the existing landfill gas collection system as shown in the attached Bid Plans prepared by Carlson Environmental Consultants, PC dated January 12, 2021. The project includes the installation of approximately four (4) vertical extraction gas wells, approximately 3,800 linear feet of horizontal gas collectors, approximately 4,320 linear feet of below grade gas piping, installation of three (3) small open flare systems, and related infrastructure.
