The City of Box Elder will be accepting sealed bids for the 2023 Street Dust Control Project, until 2:00pm MT, Tuesday, March 28th, 2023, at the Box Elder City Hall, 420 Villa Drive, Box Elder, South Dakota, 57719. This project shall consist of installing magnesium chloride water on select gravel roads throughout Box Elder. A full application of magnesium chloride water shall be installed in the summer with a second, half application in the fall.

Bid Proposals shall be submitted to the Box Elder Finance Office no later than 2:00pm MT, Tuesday, March 28th, 2023. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Bid for 2023 Street Dust Control Project.” Bid envelopes shall also bear the name and address of the bidder. If submitted by mail the bid proposal envelope shall be inside a separate mailing envelope addressed to the City of Box Elder, 420 Villa Drive, Box Elder, South Dakota, 57719.
