The City of Box Elder is seeking bids for the 2024 Crack Fill, Asphalt Patch, and Overlay, road infrastructure repair project. The goal of the repairs is to improve and preserve the road surface to an acceptable condition, providing smoother driving conditions on the distressed roads with crack fill, asphalt patching and overlay. The project quantities can be found on the Bid Form but are subject to change based on price of materials.

Bid Proposals shall be submitted to the Box Elder Finance Office no later than 10:30 AM local time, Thursday, May 16, 2024. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Bid for 2024 Crack Fill, Asphalt Patch, and Overlay, Project No. 24.004.00”. Bid envelopes shall also bear the name and address of the bidder. If submitted by mail the bid proposal envelope shall be inside a separate mailing envelope addressed to the City of Box Elder, 420 Villa Drive, Box Elder, South Dakota, 57719.
