The City of Box Elder is requesting proposals for engineering services (RFP) for the 1.5 Million Gallon Ground Storage Tank – Prairie View Tank until 4:00 p.m. MDT, Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at the Box Elder City Hall, 420 Villa Drive, Box Elder, South Dakota, 57719. The City is requesting proposals from qualified engineering firms for the design of the site, water main connections, access road, and preparation of the related bidding packages.
