Description

The City of Knoxville is requesting submissions of proposals from responsible firms to provide a fully-insured Dental Benefits Program for the City of Knoxville employees. The City currently utilizes a DHMO as well as traditional dental plans and is interested in matching this current offering or considering all traditional plans. Regardless, of the options requested, the city will not offer more than four plans, including the base plan. The enclosed specifications are the basics for a contract, which will be effective on January 1, 2024.
