Description

The City of Knoxville is requesting proposals from qualified and responsible management vendors to contract for the management of all ice rink management services during the 2023 Holiday’s on Ice season on Market Square in downtown Knoxville, TN. The purpose of the RFP is to determine the person or team with the best ice facility knowledge of ice installation and management, event ticketing, staffing, skate rental and maintenance, and concession/merchandise management. The term of the contract is to be for one year, with on optional one-year renewal.
