Summary of Specifications:
Contractor shall provide all labor, material and equipment required to perform all work in strict accordance with all provisions and requirements of this solicitation including specification manual and drawings for the Bexar County Courthouse Fire Stair Load Analysis. Bidders must have previous experience in load testing and at least five (5) years experience working on historic building projects. Bidders must supply a written description of their general procedure for completing the project. This description shall be no more than one page in length.
