Summary of Specifications:
The scope of work shall include all labor and materials necessary for the installation of a fully complete and operational audio and technology system for areas within the Courthouse, construction services for restoration of the 37th and renovation of the 285th District Courts. The addition of fire sprinklers in the recommended areas, the raising of the north-end stair to 5th floor level, replacement of 5th floor south-end exit doors along with associated flashing, signage, lighting and decking.
