Summary of Specifications:
Execute all of the Work including masonry cleaning as described in the contract documents, caulking, bird spike removal and replacement, roofing and fascia work including a $30,000 allowance for structural steel alterations and all other related work as described in the Drawings, Specifications and other Contract Documents. A pre-bid conference is schdeuled for Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2007 at 10am at the Cadena-Reeves Justice Center, South entrance, 300 Dolorosa, SA, TX 78205. Plans and specs are available for a deposit of $250.
