RFP-2009-013 - Construction of Parking Garage(s)

Summary of Specifications:
The needs that are the subject of this Request for Proposal is for one parking garage at the County's Adult Detention Center ("ADC") on North Comal Street and a possible expansion of the existing garage at the intersection of South Flores and Nueva in the vicinity of the Bexar County Courthouse and Cadena-Reeves Justice Center downtown. New ADC 516-car Parking Garage will be located on Comal Street, adjacent to the Bexar County Adult Detention Center. New Downtown 500-car Parking Garage will be located at 227 S. Flores Street, immediately south of and adjacent to the existing Bexar County Parking Garage, in the downtown area of San Antonio, Texas.
