Summary of Specifications:
The Bexar County Economic Development Department is seeking to purchase consulting services to conduct automotive manufacturing zones location analysis of the State of Texas. This analysis will define critical automotive site selection criteria, survey appropriate areas within Texas, and then apply the selection criteria to identify target zones within Texas that have the capacity to support an auto assembly plant.

The goal of the analysis is to lay the groundwork for the second phase of TMASC, which includes an automotive certified site program and global outreach/marketing efforts.
