Summary of Specifications:
Bexar County Department of Community Investment, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Division is soliciting for bids to renovate the existing Greater Randolph Area Services Provider (GRASP) public facility located at 250 Donalan, Converse, Texas 78109. It is the intent of Bexar County to purchase a complete turn-key project to include the purchase, installation and all site work necessary to renovate the facility. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, parts, transportation, supervision and other items, services, and support required to perform all work in strict accordance with all provisions of this solicitation including the compliance of all federal, state, and local laws and ordinances and to abide by all Community Development Block Grant Program compliance documents applicable to the County.
