Summary of Specifications:
Bexar County's HOME Program is accepting sealed bids for the rehabilitation of private homes in Bexar County. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for Friday, April 20, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. to be held at CDBG/Home Division, 233 N. Pecos, Suite 560, SA TX 78207. Bidders must be registered with the Texas Residential Construction Commission and must be pre-qualified or submit a contractor application for qualification with the Department of Community & Development Programs.
