Summary of Specifications:
The objective of this RFP is to obtain proposals that will provide Bexar County with an Agreement for Internet Monitoring Services that can be offered to the offenders who are on probation and who have been ordered into the Surveillance of Adult Felons in their Environment Unit (S.A.F.E.), will be consistent with the Court Directives and terms of their probation.

A Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for December 17, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at the Bexar County Purchasing Conference Room, located at 233 N. Pecos, Ste. 320, San Antonio, TX 78207.
