Summary of Specifications:
The scope of work shall include all labor and materials necessary to apply a “High Water Detection System” to the low water crossing. The purpose of a high-water detection system is to provide a warning system that alerts motorists as well as pedestrians of imminent dangers from high flow in the river. The effectiveness of the system will result in a decrease in the amount of property damage and potential fatalities at the site by alerting citizens that a forthcoming danger exists.
