See attach RFP for details. Pre-Proposal Conference scheduled for 11/7/06, 10:00 a.m, at Forensic Science Center, Criminal Investigation Laboratory (inside University of Texas Health Science Center Campus), 7337 Louis Pasture, San Antonio TX 78229. The Project Enhancement shall be performed in three distinct phases (Data Conversion/Software Remediation/Usability Improvement). It is anticipated that an award shall be made on this RFP by 12/5/06 and entire project (all three phases) must be completed by 3/20/2007.
