Summary of Specifications:
The work includes the construction of a 12,130 square foot juvenile residential treatment facility with 1,540 square foot of covered porches at various locations around the perimeter. The building has 14 bedrooms, a shared kitchen, living and dining rooms, bathrooms, a classroom, administrative offices, a medical room, and a group room. The building is to rest on a drilled pier/suspended concrete slab foundation. Building structure is to be conventional wood frame walls and wood trusses. Floors are VCT and carpet. Exterior of the building is to consist of a stone base and stucco above. The windows are to be vinyl double hung and fixed. The roof is to be a standing seam metal roof. Majority of interior is drywall construction. Building will be provided with complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm and automatic fire sprinkler systems. Also included is the associated site work, asphalt parking lot, sidewalks, utilities, and infrastructure as shown on the drawings.
