Summary of Specifications:
The Bexar County Purchasing Department is accepting offers for Property & Casualty Insurance coverage. Information provided in the RFP specifications is to be used only for purposes of preparing a proposal detailing cost of providing the insurance coverage speicified. Each proposer is expected to read the RFP speicifications with care. Failure to meet every one or a combination of speicified conditions may invalidate your proposal. A Pre-Propsal Conference is scheduled for February 1, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. Central Time at Infrastructure Services Department Small Confernence Room, 233 N. Pecos Street, Suite #420, San Antonio TX 78207 with Pre-Proposal Confernence Questions deadline for January 30, 2008 at Noon Central Time. 

Key Event Schedule: Issuance of RFP - 2008-030 - January 22, 2008 Pre-Proposal RFP Questions Due - January 30, 2008 at Noon Pre-Proposal Confernence - February 1, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. Central Time. RFP Submittal Deadline - February 19, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time.
