Summary of Specifications:
Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, parts, materials, supplies, supervision, transportation and insurance to refurbish cooling towers B and C at the Adult Detention Center, 200 N. Comal, San Antonio, TX as specified on attached Invitation for Bid (IFB). A pre-bid conference/site visit is schedule for February 27, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at the Bexar County Adult Detention Center, 200 N. Comal, San Antonio, Tx 78207. In order to enter facility you must have a valid picture identification card, which will be left at the security desk during pre-bid conference/site visit.
