Summary of Specifications:
Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, supervision and insurance to renovate the Men's 1st floor restroom at the Bexar County Vista Verde Plaza Building as per scope of work specificed on attached Invitation for Bid (IFB). A pre-bid conference/site visit is schedule for February 22, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at the Vista Verde Plaza Building, 233 N. Pecos, Ste 420, Conference Room, San Antonio, TX 78207.
