Summary of Specifications:
Bexar County, in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP), is seeking responses from individuals or consulting agencies experienced in developing and revising Standards of Care (SOC) relating to HIV/AIDS Services funded under Ryan White Part A (including Minority AIDS Initiative or MAI), Part B and State Services.

This project is to revise the existing SOC developed by the San Antonio Area HIV Health Services Planning Council, herein referred to as “Planning Council,” which is utilized by service providers in the San Antonio Transitional Grant Area (SATGA) and the San Antonio, Uvalde and Victoria Health Service Delivery Areas (HSDA). Bexar County desires to award a contract to the best proposal. The amount budgeted for this project will not exceed $12,000.
